Confidentiality

Last updated: September 2026

Neoark Private Limited, operating Trackye, treats the information businesses and partners share with us as strictly confidential. This is a standing commitment — you don't need to sign anything for it to apply.

1. What We Treat as Confidential

Any non-public information about your business or your customers: products, prices, and inventory; customer conversations, contacts, and reviews; data from connected Google, Meta, and WhatsApp accounts; and business or financial information shared with us in a partnership discussion.

2. We Won't Disclose It

We don't disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, and we never sell it or use it for advertising or to train AI models. The only exceptions are the sub-processors in our Data Processing Agreement, who are bound to confidentiality, and disclosures required by law.

3. Your Data Isn't Shared Between Businesses

Agents working for one business never see another business's data. Insights like competitor research come only from public information or your own connected accounts.

4. Internal Access Is Restricted

Employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality in their agreements, and production access is limited to the people who need it to run the service, as described on our Trust & Security page.

5. How Long This Applies

This commitment lasts as long as we hold your data and continues after your account is closed, consistent with our Data Deletion instructions.

6. Evaluating a Partnership With Us

If you're a prospective partner or platform and need a formal written confidentiality agreement for an evaluation, email legal@trackye.com and we'll prepare one.
